Standard shipping for sports gear takes 5-7 business days. Larger items like surfboards or fitness racks may take 10-14 business days via our specialized freight partners.
What is your return policy for worn athletic apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and compression gear cannot be returned once the protective seal is removed.

Yes, we provide custom quotes and discounted pricing for sports clubs, schools, and professional teams ordering more than 15 units of the same item.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Island Creations hardware and equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your performance never suffers.
